Depending on your expected guest count, there are three separate venues on property for you to choose from! The Library can hold 95 guests and the Ballroom and Garden can each accommodate up to 275 guests.
Our planning team will guide you through the typical vendors that couples need for their wedding day. We also give all of our couples our Avanti Mansion Preferred Vendor list to help get you started! Though you’re not required to strictly use these vendors, they are some of the best that Buffalo has to offer, and are familiar with our property and Avanti Team!
We understand that living out of town and planning a wedding can seem overwhelming! We got you! Our planning team is very experienced in long-distance planning, since almost half of our couples live outside western New York. Between virtual tours/appointments, phone calls, and our Preferred Vendor list, we can help make planning your wedding a fun process!
Yes, we do! There are different menus and pricing depending on the type of event you’d like to host.
We are a full catering company, so we’ll prepare all of the food and beverages here on-site to make it even easier for you! While we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought onto Avanti property, we’ll happily make an exception if you’d like to provide your own wedding cake.
Our NYS Liquor license requires that all alcohol be provided by Avanti Mansion. While we do have curated beverage packages, we’re able to accomodate most special requests, including specific wines, liquors and custom cocktails.
Yes! We host a food tasting event where we invite our booked clients to come and enjoy a ton of different food options! This gives couple’s the ability to not only try an assortment of items, but also see many of our decor rentals and interact with our Avanti team!
Yes, we do! We gladly accommodate guests with nut allergies, seafood allergies, and those that require a meal that’s lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian. Children’s meals are also available.
Our prices reflect a 5 hour reception with on-site ceremonies receiving an additional 30 minutes prior to your cocktail hour. If your ceremony is onsite, couples may arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time. If your ceremony is elsewhere, then couples may arrive 1 hour prior to the reception start time. Additional time may be added at an extra cost.
We do not hold dates. All dates are on a first come, first serve basis. If you decide to have your wedding at Avanti Mansion, we require a $1,500 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee, and a signed contract for the date and venue.
Since we have three venues on the property, we can potentially have three events happening at once. Couples in our Ballroom venue have the option to add on Exclusive Use to utilize the Library for an indoor ceremony or separate cocktail hour space, and have a bit more privacy in the Amore building. In addition, we have our Estate Exclusive Use option, which will give you private access to the entire estate, ensuring that your wedding will be the only one that day.

The first step is to fill out an application. After that, one of our hiring managers will reach out to you either via email or phone call. If we seem like a good fit for each other, then an in-person interview will be next. Depending on the position you’re applying for, a second interview or job evaluation may be the final step.
Most of our positions do not require a college degree as a prerequisite. While having some hospitality experience is always nice it’s not required. We do a lot of on-the-job-training. If a degree is required, it will be noted in the specific job posting.
